Forest Hills Cemetery has been working with Jan at Miele-Fleury Graphics for more than 15 years. We’ve been consistently impressed with Jan’s creativity, professionalism, and efficiency for every wonderful project that she has done for us! We highly recommend Miele-Fleury Graphics.
Jan was a wonderful partner in creating our brand new website BrainFitAcademy.com! We did not have any experience to pull this project off, so we knew we needed someone such as Jan with patience, and a strong knowledge in the field of web development and advertising. Jan tunes in to her clients’ visions and ideas, bringing them to life with expertise. Miele-Fleury Graphics captured the look and feel to represent our company in the manner in which we had hoped. This is web development with heart and personal support. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and results!
Jan at Miele-Fleury Graphics has that uncommon ability to keenly hear what her client wants to see in graphic design, all the while putting her unique and tasteful artistry into the project. Truly exceptional customer service with extremely diligent and thoughtful behind-the-scenes work.
Jan created a website that I am proud to show the world! Her ideas around images, colors and layout were instrumental in developing a site that exceeded my expectations. Jan made sure I was always in the loop and responded quickly (often same day) to my emails. Her patience, understanding and diplomacy made the stress level low. I wish everyone working with a website designer could enjoy an experience such as the one Jan created for me!
Jan did a great job of helping my companies develop a consistent look and feel that we have used successfully across all of our advertising, marketing and sales platforms. With our sales brochures, new product spec sheets, and web site text and graphics she has integrated all of them beautifully while creating a vibrancy about what we do. That makes me want to be a customer! I have been impressed with Jan from the beginning!
I’ve been working with Jan for over 7 years. During that time she’s helped me with product packaging, website design, advertising, and marketing materials. I’m constantly amazed by her ability to understand what I want, even when I’m not sure myself. In addition to her outstanding creative skills, Jan often goes above and beyond by suggesting ideas and content that she believes will help my customers understand my company and product. That’s extremely valuable to me as a small business owner. I would certainly recommend Jan and Miele-Fleury Graphics.
Last Spring I had the pleasure of meeting with Jan Miele of Miele-Fleury Graphics. I was in search of assistance with creating and launching my business web site. I was seeking insight and guidance to present a unique on-line shopping experience for our product, WAEbands and more. We discussed my vision for the business and decided to meet again. At our second meeting, it was clear that Jan instantly had a great sense of who we were and what our mission was all about! She brought clarity and excitement to our team and put the missing pieces of our puzzle together! Jan stayed in close contact throughout the process and met every task on schedule. Miele-Fleury Graphics beautifully created our web site and continues to be just a phone call away, if we are in need. I was thrilled with the completion of our on-line store! Many thanks to Miele-Fleury Graphics!
I was thrilled with the work that Jan performed for me and my company. Her ability to bring a concept through to the completed project was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
I have known Jan socially and professionally for about ten years. She created my company website word for word and page by page. I can honestly say she’s tops in my book at whatever task she takes on, and she’s a talented and caring individual. I would recommend her without hesitation.
For a number of years the Victorian Society in America / New England Chapter has relied on Jan Miele of Miele Fleury Graphics to provide our organization with beautiful and compelling designs which have enlivened our website and especially our newsletter, The Beacon. As an organization that celebrates the rich cultural legacy of nineteenth century America, Jan has distilled the essence of the period through her inspired graphic design. Jan is an accomplished researcher who has found images that are perfect to advertise our tours, lectures and special events. During the process of putting the bi-annual editions of The Beacon together, Jan has been patient, creative, and resourceful as well as demonstrating a concern for accuracy. We have been so fortunate to have had Jan on board with our organizations. I highly recommend the design services of Miele-Fleury Graphics.
I found myself needing Jan’s services as a print and graphic design concierge. My girlfriend’s birthday was fast approaching, and I did not have much of an idea as to what to get her. After many years of subpar presents, this gift had to be a good one. While listening to Jan speak and looking at some of her work, I figured she could help. My girlfriend writes poetry and does some small drawings as a hobby. It came to me that turning these poems into a tangible book of some sort while including some of her drawings as illustrations would be the perfect comeback. In all honesty I was slightly nervous about bothering Jan with such a small one-off project. After seeing some of her work and learning about the companies that she has worked with, it seemed that her capabilities far exceeded what I was asking her to do. Again, in the spirit of honesty, I did not know what I wanted the final product to look like. I had a dozen or so drawings, 45+ poems, and almost no creative ability. Essentially, I handed it all over to Jan so she could work her magic, and in effect left my best gift idea in her hands.
As the project commenced, I was more than impressed with Jan’s professionalism. What I thought was a one-off small project was treated with the utmost responsiveness and attentiveness. Jan used her artistic background to help me construct an idea as to what the finished product could look like. Drafts and font options helped with brainstorming, though I always found myself choosing option A. I was very impressed with her ability to transfer pencil drawings and sketches into electronic format, and to typeset the poems to look like something you would read in a book right off the shelf. To state the obvious, I was more than excited to see what the final print version would look like. In no time, and well before my encroaching deadline, I was approving the final draft and Jan had let me know that the product was off to the printers and that she would have it for me in a few days. The final product has blown away all my expectations. The binding, texts, colors, and fonts had come together to make an amazing finished product. What was once a stack of lose leaf papers and few sketchbooks had become a tangible and realistic body of personal work. And more importantly, it was the best gift to date.
